Energy Healing is known in all cultures and
has a tradition that is thousands of years old. In recent years scientific research has been able to demystify the phenomenon of Energy Healing. The attitude people tend to have towards this recognised form of holistic therapy has slowly been changing. What is Energy Healing? |
| Energy Healing could be defined as a
transmission of healing energy towards a living being. It flows from an omnipresent, inexhaustible, cosmic source of life-energy (sometimes called prana or chi). As an Energy Healer I attune to this energy, make myself available to channel it and allow it to flow towards the recipient. Therefore I do not give of my own life-energy, but merely function as a channel for this Universal Divine Energy. A Healer manages this flow intuitively and in a variety of ways. Energy Healing awakens the recipient’s own healing powers on many levels. It is a holistic method of therapy focused on transformation and renewal. |

Energy Healing deals with the causes of
disease, not merely with its symptoms. It can provide relief for all sorts of suffering: physical, emotional, mental, chronic, traumatic, social. It aids and stimulates the process of healing after a surgery and effectively reduces the side effects of aggressive forms of treatment like radiation- or chemotherapy. |
| Energy Healing also aids the body with any
kind of detoxification process by discharging many of its associated
tensions. It does not claim to be a replacement for regular health services, but rather should be considered an enhancement to it, a form of complementary therapy. It is NOT meant as an alternative to examination or treatment by a physician. Each field of work has its own function and purpose. It needs no particular faith or conviction to work. All that is needed is to be open and relaxed, and not to expect miracles. Spontaneous and instantaneous healing is possible, but normally it does take a certain time. |
